**Key Responsibilities**

-   Communicate proactively with prospective students through phone, email, and social media.
-   Conduct interviews to understand students’ goals and recommend appropriate programs.
-   Provide detailed information on admissions processes, program offerings, and financial aid options.
-   Assist students with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with admission requirements.
-   Manage prospective student records and track progress through the admissions funnel.
-   Coordinate with Financial Aid and other departments to facilitate student support.
-   Participate in outreach activities, including recruitment events and community partnerships.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with local high schools and community organizations.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admissions-related roles preferred.

-   Knowledge of or interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
-   Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build lasting relationships.
