## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Must have an active Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Indiana.**
-   **Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana.**
-   Strong background in cosmetology\\esthetics with hands-on experience.
-   Ability to communicate effectively and engage a diverse group of students.
-   Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching situations.
