**Position Overview:**  
As a Night Guest Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team during evening hours, ensuring guests and students receive outstanding service. Your role is vital in supporting the evening operations and maintaining a positive experience for all campus visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet and assist guests and students in a courteous, professional manner during night shifts.
-   Field incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services.
-   Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments.
-   Promptly address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth evening operations.
-   Complete administrative duties as assigned to support the guest experience.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred.
-   Experience in customer service or guest relations is desired.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience.
-   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
