### About the Opportunity

TRITAL Care is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for assignments at skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities across New Mexico.

Whether you prefer day or night shifts, our recruitment team will help match your experience, location preference, and availability with a suitable opening. Select assignments are restricted to local candidates.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide nursing care according to residents’ care plans, provider orders, and your scope of practice.
-   Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents’ responses.
-   Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or provider.
-   Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as ordered and permitted.
-   Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
-   Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, providers, and rehabilitation teams.
-   Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and facility procedures.
-   Support residents and families through clear communication and compassionate care.

-   Pay, start dates, contract length, weekly hours, and scheduling requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed before submission.

## Requirements

-   Current LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
-   Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to facility workflows.
-   Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred; required for select assignments.
-   PointClickCare experience preferred; required for select assignments.
-   Ability to complete assignment-specific credentialing and onboarding requirements.
-   Availability for the agreed schedule, including weekends or rotating shifts where required.
