## Description

TRITAL Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a local contract assignment at a healthcare and rehabilitation center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide respectful, person-centered care.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
-   Support safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
-   Measure and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
-   Assist with meals and hydration according to individual care plans.
-   Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition to the supervising nurse.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention procedures.
-   Collaborate with the nursing team to maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety.

## Requirements

-   Active New Mexico CNA certification.
-   Availability for the listed schedule, including weekends.
-   Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
-   Ability to safely perform essential CNA duties.
-   Completion of facility credentialing and onboarding requirements.
-   COVID-19 vaccination documentation or a documented medical or religious exemption, as required by the facility.
-   Valid state or federal identification and a photo badge while on assignment.
