> <p>Troi are disrupting the recruitment industry with a hiring model that's different. Essentially it's recruitment, but not as we know it.</p><p>Our Talent Acquisition Partners sit on site with our clients to act as their internal recruiter for as little or as often as they need. Our model combines the benefits of an internal recruiter coupled with the benefits of an agency behind the scenes. Think of it as an end-to-end recruitment service aimed at scaling businesses.</p><p>We work predominantly with tech startups and digital media businesses and have worked with the likes of pi-top, Snap Travel Technology, NuFu (Engine Group) amongst many others.</p><p>We are a young business having launched in 2017, 2018 was fantastic and we couldn't be more excited about what's ahead in 2019 and beyond!</p>
