## Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced **Design & CAD Instructors** to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. **What you'll do:**

-   **Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction** tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and unique learning style.
-   **Create structured lesson plans** that align with student goals, whether they are a high schooler learning the basics of 3D modeling, a college student prepping for industry certifications, or an aspiring engineer/architect mastering technical drafting.
-   **Adapt instruction in real time**, using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software bugs, refine design techniques, and explain geometry or drafting principles.
-   **Track student project progress** and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding portfolio development, software mastery, and technical milestone achievements.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   **Bachelor's degree required**
-   **Experience working with students who have education needs**
-   **Ability to design and deliver lesson plans** aligned to student goals and accommodations
-   **Strong virtual instruction skills** — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
-   **Ability to pass a background check**
-   **Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace**

**Preferred (not required):**

-   Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
