# QA Analyst (supporting PeopleSoft to Workday migration)

## Description

QA Analyst who can drive progress on critical enterprise, compliance, and legacy platforms across the organization. This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who thrives in fast-paced environments that pivot every day. This person will need to take ownership without needing direction, and enjoy tackling new challenges as priorities evolve. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality across business-critical initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple teams and applications.

**Position Description**

-   Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications
-   Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload)
-   Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
-   Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
-   Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes
-   Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft
-   Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL
-   Test and support Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications
-   Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams
-   Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively
-   Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight
-   Adapt quickly as new initiatives and priorities emerge
-   Respond with urgency to support critical business initiatives
-   Learn new applications and support additional tools as business needs evolve

## Requirements

-   5+ years of QA experience
-   Workday experience is a must (experience working at a company that migrated to Workday would be a bonus)
-   Archer testing experience (or similar GRC tool)
-   Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation)
-   Some automation testing
-   Experience supporting legacy system enhancements and requests in PeopleSoft
-   Experience testing SaaS-based applications
-   Experience with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms
-   SQL experience for data validation and backend testing
-   Compliance application testing experience
-   Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
