## Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support global cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations. The role involves L2/L3 operational support across Azure, AWS, VMware, containers, backup platforms, and infrastructure automation while ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence in a global follow-the-sun environment.

Mandarin speaking capability is mandatory for stakeholder communication and regional support.

## Requirements

### RUN (Operational Support)

-   Execute day-to-day infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments
-   Manage Azure, AWS, VMware, and datacenter infrastructure platforms
-   Perform OS patching, lifecycle management, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
-   Support WAF, cloud firewalls, load balancers, backup, and disaster recovery operations
-   Manage Docker/Kubernetes platforms and infrastructure automation activities
-   Participate in incident management, RCA preparation, and remediation tracking
-   Execute infrastructure changes with risk assessment, rollback planning, and validation
-   Monitor infrastructure alerts, stability, and operational continuity
-   Maintain infrastructure documentation, CMDB updates, and operational standards
-   Participate in global follow-the-sun support handovers

### ENABLE (Platform Collaboration)

-   Work closely with cloud engineering, observability, automation, and ServiceNow teams
-   Support automation, orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD initiatives
-   Collaborate on platform templates, standards, and operational improvements

### GOVERN (Compliance & Standards)

-   Ensure compliance with infrastructure governance and security standards
-   Support audit readiness, cloud cost governance, and lifecycle management
-   Follow enterprise architecture and operational best practices

### Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
-   Hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, VMware, and infrastructure operations
-   Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, backup, storage, and virtualization
-   Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
-   Understanding of networking, WAF, firewall, and load balancing concepts
-   Experience working in global 24x7 or follow-the-sun environments preferred
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Fluent English communication skills
-   Mandarin speaking is mandatory
