## Description

**Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake)**

**Role Responsibilities**

-   Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts
-   Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
-   Responsible for operational activities relating to bending machines
-   Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply
-   Improve and sustain housekeeping
-   Support in training as and when required
-   Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

-   Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities, ensuring **minimum errors** and quality work in accordance to production deadlines
-   Maintain safe workplace practices, adhering to the Company’s Health & Safety procedures at all times

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years direct working experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine
-   Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances
-   Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
-   Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
-   Knowledge of health and safety procedures
-   Physically fit to perform all required duties
-   Independent self-starter
-   Team player, able to work with all levels
