## Description

Position: Civil Engineer

Qualification:

\* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Kannada speaking preferred

\* Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred

Experience:

\* Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure, industrial park, township, urban development, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

\* Prepare DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) for infrastructure and urban development projects.

\* Plan, design, and supervise civil works including roads, drainage systems, water supply, sewerage, stormwater networks, and utility infrastructure.

\* Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.

\* Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

\* Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.

\* Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project execution.

\* Support tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract management activities.

\* Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Required Skills:

\* Strong knowledge of civil engineering design standards and construction practices.

\* Experience in infrastructure planning and development projects.

\* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent engineering software.

\* Knowledge of DPR preparation, estimation, quantity surveying, and project management.

\* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
