## Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

\- To ensure successful implementation of projects within schedule.

\- To ensure SLAs are met and achieved the highest customer satisfaction.

\- Oversee the design, development and implementation of clients system design requirements.

\- Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

\- To focus on key customer's IT infrastructure for further enhancement.

\- To provide onsite post-sale support for Microsoft and Wintel server related problem, system integration, migration or upgrade of products below.

\- Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.

\- Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.

\- Liaise with internal sales, project manager and vendors for communicating project status and problem resolution.

\- To provide after office-hour offsite standby 24x7 (rotation basis).

\- To lead system integration deployment project.

\- To obtain job related Industry Certification for principal partnership requirement.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant IT related field such as Computer Science, E&E or equivalent.

\- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in an IT environment preferably with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform.

\- Preferably good working knowledge with the following:

-   Microsoft Solutions (Office365/Exchange/Lync/Active Directory/Sharepoint/System Center)
-   NAS/SAN/Object Storage, RAID concepts and disk management tools
-   Networking, e.g. TCP/IP and routing
-   Window server operating system and open source (Linux/UNIX)
-   Windows Infrastructure service (DNS, DHCP, WINS)
-   Backup solution (Commvault, Veritas, Veeam etc)
-   Clustering and Virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
-   Relational Database Management System (MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle etc)

\- Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

\- Knowledge in DELL system solution is will have an advantage.

\- Experience in the surveillance system (CCTV) industry will have an advantage.

\- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.

\- Required Certification(s): MCSA or MCSE(preferable)

\- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa

\- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – System or equivalent

\- Applicants must be willing to work in The Boulevard Office,Mid Valley City,KL.

\- Candidate willing to travel outstation on project basis.

\- Candidate willing to standby 24x7 (rotation basis).
