## Description

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience.

  
Must-Have:

1.  Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
2.  Build customized solutions using:

-   Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs)
-   Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
-   Visualforce (where applicable)

1.  Configure standard Service Cloud features

-   Case Management
-   Omnichannel routing
-   Knowledge Base
-   Service Console
-   Entitlements & Milestones

1.  Implement automation using: 

-   Flows   
-   Process Builder (Legacy Support) 
-   Approval Process 

1.  Airline Domain Knowledge 
2.  Developer Salesforce Certification 
3.  Salesforce Integration experience 

-   Rest APIs 

  
  

-   Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations 
-   Handling Authentication methods (OAuth, named credentials) 

Good-to-Have: 1. Salesforce Admin and developer certifications (PD1)

  
  

Responsibilities:

Participate in solution design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Support, and maintenance .

Customize page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports

Implement automation using:

-   Flows (Flow Builder)
-   Process Builder (legacy support)
-   Approval Processes

Data management and security:

-   Handle data migration, data quality, and data integrity 
-   Implement role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules 
-   Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Testing and Deployment effectiveness: 

-   Develop unit tests and ensure high code coverage
-   Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution 
-   Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Collaborate with customer and onsite/offshore team to do thorough impact analysis and to provide solutions accordingly

Good analytical and communication skill to Collaborate with Client and offshore team.
