**Title:** Lead Java Developer

**Location:** 100% REMOTE Work

**Duration:** 6 Months + Contract

**Rate:** $Open/hr.

## Requirements

**Position Description:**

-   Responsible for best design practices and leadership within a team for large implementation.
-   Design, implement and coordinate Java development.
-   Technical analysis of development, issue mitigation, coordinate workload.
-   Lead team of 5+ individuals and direct workload accordingly.

**Required Skills:**

-   5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on Java, angular and related technologies.
-   Prior lead experience supporting a team of 5+ individuals.
-   Ability to work within a system of other team leads to align deadlines, disperse work, give direction, etc.
-   Expertise within SQL database.

**Bonus Skills:**

-   Prior experience and knowledge within healthcare is desirable.
