**Job Title: SAP Technical Manager**

## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the Systems Analyst team in their mission to provide technical solutions and support for both internal departments and external users.
-   Manage and execute the team’s operations, communicate performance expectations, provide team feedback, training, and coaching.
-   Contribute to strategic planning and direction surrounding ERP systems and integrations.
-   Oversee the analysis, technical design, system configuration, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA.
-   Collaborate with business analyst teams and other departments to define business requirements and provide necessary configuration and new functionality.
-   Partner with external vendors and integration partners as part of the design, deployment and support efforts surrounding SAP.

**Qualifications:**

-   8+ years of SAP technical experience.
-   Direct experience with most of these modules: FICO, SD, PP, MM, LE
-   Technical and Functional design experience and evaluating functional specifications.
-   Designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.
-   Previous managerial experience
-   Will consider candidates looking to make a move into leadership.
