# SAP BW/ BO, Senior Consultant

## Description

• For production support the consultants are responsible for carrying out the defect rectifications to solve BI problems in the production system

• Incidence Analysis

• Defect Rectifications

• Process Chain Monitoring

I. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly process chain.

II. Troubleshoot all issue or error occurred during monitoring shift.

III. Resolving issue related to process chain issue. It involve;

a. Resolving from BW side

b. Escalate if its involve other party

IV. Process chain re-alignment

V. Process chain housekeeping

• Change Request (CR) For CR, the following activities will be performed where required.

I. Requirement Study

II. Design Specifications for BO

III. BO Development

IV. Technical Specifications for BW and ETL Development

V. System Configuration (BW & BO) VI. ETL Development

VII. BW Development

VIII. Testing – Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (User Acceptance Test will be performed by user)

IX. End User Training – if required Experiences and Skillsets

## Requirements

**• Has more than 10 years of experience in BW / BO**

**• Has done more than 5 project cycles**

• **Core Expertise: BW 7.0 – 7.4, BO Enterprise XI 3.1 – 4.2, BO Xcelsius 2008, Webl, Lumira 1.3.12**

• **Experience migration of BO from XIR2 to BO 4.0**

**• Experience supporting client(s) under the Power and Utilities industries would be an added advantage**
