## Description

CNC Press Brake Operator

### Responsibilities

-   Independently set up and operate **CNC press brake machines** (AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, etc.).
-   Read engineering drawings and set bending parameters, tooling, pressure, and backgauge positions.
-   Select, install, and adjust appropriate **punches and dies**.
-   Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools.
-   Adjust machine parameters to maintain required dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
-   Identify and troubleshoot bending defects such as **springback, indentation, and interference**.
-   Work with QA to resolve quality issues and non-conforming products.
-   Perform basic machine maintenance and follow **6S and safety standards**.

### Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years of CNC press brake experience**.
-   Able to independently set up and operate press brake machines.
-   Experience with **AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, or similar machines** preferred.
-   Able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
-   Knowledge of press brake tooling, sheet metal bending, and measuring instruments.
-   Good troubleshooting, quality, and safety awareness.
