## Description

We are seeking a DevOps Manager to provide hands-on leadership across software development, DevOps, and technology operations. This role will lead internal developers, manage external technology partners, oversee solution delivery, and drive improvements in software quality, automation, system reliability, and operational efficiency while ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives.

-   Provide hands-on technical leadership across software development, applications, DevOps, and supporting technology environments.
-   Lead, mentor, and support internal WordPress and Python developers through technical guidance, design reviews, and problem-solving.
-   Act as the primary technical liaison between the business, internal teams, and external technology vendors and managed service providers.
-   Review and validate technical solutions, manage vendor performance, and ensure projects meet business, security, and operational requirements.
-   Drive improvements in DevOps practices, deployment processes, automation, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
-   Lead the planning and delivery of technology projects, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Promote best practices in software development, security, change management, governance, and maintain technical documentation and standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-   Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or DevOps Manager role with hands-on technical involvement.
-   Strong knowledge of modern software development, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, automation, and application infrastructure.
-   Experience leading and mentoring development teams while managing outsourced technology vendors and service providers.
-   Demonstrated ability to review technical designs, evaluate vendor solutions, and drive improvements in software delivery and operational performance.
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience partnering with executive leadership.
-   Experience with WordPress, Python, AI-enabled automation, global technology environments, regulated industries, or relevant cloud/DevOps certifications is advantageous.
