**SBA Home North Carolina** - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an _**Experienced**_ **Machine Operator** who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**1st shift -** 6am - 2pm

**2nd shift** - 2pm - 10pm, $1.00 shift differential.

**3rd shift** \- 10pm - 6am, Ramp up coming _August_ - $2.00 shift differential

**Who we’re looking for**  
Dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

## Requirements

-   Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
-   Set up manufacturing equipment
-   Use machine equipment to complete tasks
-   Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
-   Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
-   Read caliper and metric systems
-   Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards
