### About Us

**SBA Home North Carolina** - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. **About the Role:**

Maintains a clean, safe, and inspection-ready manufacturing facility by cleaning production, warehouse, office, restroom, cafeteria, locker room and outdoor areas in accordance with established cleaning standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

-   Perform routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility. 

-   Operate scrubbers, vacuums, mops and related equipment safely. 

-   Restock hygiene supplies and remove waste. 

-   Complete scheduled deep cleaning and special projects. 

-   Follow PPE, chemical handling and safety procedures. 

-   Report maintenance concerns promptly. 

**Cleaning Schedule:**

Administrative Offices

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust furniture and work surfaces, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and empty trash receptacles.
-   **Frequency:** Daily (Monday–Friday)

Conference Rooms

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, glass surfaces, whiteboards, and floors. Ensure rooms are clean and presentation-ready.
-   **Frequency:** Daily

Lobby & Reception

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Vacuum and mop flooring, clean entry glass and doors, dust furniture, and maintain a clean, professional appearance for employees and visitors.
-   **Frequency:** Daily; additional cleaning during winter months or as needed.

Break Rooms & Cafeteria

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, vending areas, and other appliances. Empty trash and restock supplies as needed.
-   **Frequency:** Twice Daily

Restrooms

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and fixtures. Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other consumable supplies.
-   **Frequency:** Daily

Locker Rooms

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean benches, lockers, mirrors, sinks, and floors. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and empty trash receptacles.
-   **Frequency:** Daily

Security Office

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Dust surfaces, vacuum or mop floors, sanitize workstations and high-touch surfaces, and empty trash receptacles.
-   **Frequency:** Three (3) Times Per Week

Auxiliary Areas

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean storage rooms, utility rooms, maintenance spaces, and other support areas while maintaining organization and cleanliness.
-   **Frequency:** Two (2) Times Per Week

Smoking Areas

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Empty ash receptacles, remove cigarette waste and litter, and maintain clean designated smoking areas.
-   **Frequency:** Daily

Outdoor Entrances

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Sweep sidewalks and entryways, empty exterior waste receptacles, remove litter and debris, and maintain a clean and safe entrance.
-   **Frequency:** Daily

Production Floor / Warehouse

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Sweep and machine scrub floors, remove debris, empty trash receptacles, and maintain clean, organized, and unobstructed aisles.
-   **Frequency:** Daily (Monday–Friday)

Doors & Gates

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean interior and exterior doors, frames, handles, gate panels, and surrounding surfaces.
-   **Frequency:** Quarterly

Windows

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Clean interior and exterior glass, window frames, and window sills as conditions require.
-   **Frequency:** As Needed

High Dusting

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Remove dust and cobwebs from lighting fixtures, exposed piping, HVAC vents, ceiling structures, and other elevated surfaces that can be safely accessed.
-   **Frequency:** Semi-Annually

Grounds Support

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance, including leaf removal, light landscaping support, exterior cleanup, and snow or ice response when applicable.
-   **Frequency:** Seasonal / As Needed

Special Projects

-   **Cleaning Standard:** Respond to emergency spills, post-maintenance cleanup, floor restoration, event setup and cleanup, deep cleaning, and other assigned projects.
-   **Frequency:** As Needed

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or GED preferred. 

-   Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred. 

-   Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment. 

-   Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand, walk, bend and reach throughout the shift. 

-   Maintain excellent attendance, teamwork and safety compliance.
