We’re looking for a Production Operator who’s ready to dive into the world of specialist paint manufacturing. Someone who enjoys working with purpose, cares about quality, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Mixing Paints with accuracy and consistency, whether following standard formulas or creating bespoke blends for customers.
-   Supporting Colour Matching to help achieve perfect, reliable results.
-   Operating and Maintaining Machinery to keep production running smoothly.
-   Monitoring Stock and ensuring materials are always ready when needed.
-   Following Safety Procedures when working with chemicals and resins.
-   Maintaining a High‑Standard Workspace that’s clean, organised, and audit‑ready.

### What to Expect Day‑to‑Day

-   Full‑time hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
-   A hands‑on role involving standing, mixing, and working in controlled lighting
-   PPE provided for safe handling of chemicals and fumes
-   A workplace where precision, safety, and teamwork matter
