### Mobile Service Technician

**Location:** Stafford to Manchester (covering the North West, North Wales & Birmingham)  
**Salary:** £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus Scheme  
**Working Pattern:** Monday to Friday (Business hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm)

As a **Mobile Service Technician**, you’ll be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
-   Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime
-   Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap-outs where required
-   Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage
-   Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers
-   Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs
-   Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement
-   Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field-based or technical role
-   Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
-   A proactive, detail-oriented approach with high standards of quality
-   Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
-   Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
-   Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
-   An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting
-   Interest in the healthcare sector (desirable, but not essential)
