**Preferred Minimum Requirements:**

-   Must be able to work 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM **weekdays, weekends, and holidays** throughout the summer season and through **September**
-   A minimum of **15 hours per week**

## Requirements

-   Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
-   The role requires the execution of the three steps of service for our members and their guests: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
-   Candidates should possess knowledge of the applicable pool guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of our members and their guests.
-   An enthusiastic individual who can adapt to changing circumstances in a timely and efficient manner, where hospitality is of utmost importance, is essential.
-   The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is required.
-   Strong listening skills coupled with sound judgment abilities are necessary.
-   Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts are essential.
-   Candidates must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
