# MEL Coordinator for CSO Engagement Component > Ukraine2EU Programme · Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid) · — · Posted 2026-08-14 **Workplace:** hybrid ## Description UKRAINE2EU Integration Support Programme for Ukraine invites qualified national professionals to apply for the position of MEL Coordinator to establish and maintain a coherent, systematic and practical monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting system for the Ukraine2EU CSO Component.  About the Programme  The UKRAINE2EU Integration Support Programme for Ukraine is implemented in Ukraine by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), Lithuania. The overall objective of Ukraine2EU is to support Ukraine’s progressive alignment with the EU acquis and its overall EU integration efforts toward future EU membership. The initiative aims to build strong, efficient state mechanisms for managing Ukraine's EU accession process and implementing related reforms.  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Role Overview  The MEL Coordinator will ensure that the Component’s indicators accurately reflect both the wider Programme priorities and the activities, outputs and results delivered by CSO partners under the Ukraine2EU umbrella.   A key objective of the assignment will be to develop a clear external results-reporting framework for the CSO Component. The framework should allow the Programme to systematically capture, consolidate and communicate the full scale and diversity of results delivered by the Component and its partners.    The MEL Coordinator will also review partners’ logframes and narrative reports, monitor progress against planned activities and deliverables, verify the completeness and relevance of supporting evidence, and ensure that results reported under Ukraine2EU are clearly attributable to Ukraine2EU funding.   Key responsibilities   - Review and update the Programme indicators related to the CSO Component in close coordination with the relevant Programme staff.   - Lead the full cycle of partner logframe revisions in coordination with the relevant Programme staff.   - Review progress and final narrative reports submitted by CSO partners in close coordination with the relevant Programme staff. Assess whether reported activities and results correspond to the approved project scope.   - Review supporting evidence to confirm that reported results are sufficiently supported.   - Assess whether results reported under Ukraine2EU are clearly attributable to Ukraine2EU-funded activities and identify potential overlap with activities or results financed through other projects or reported to other donors.   - Consolidate results and indicator data from all CSO partners and other CSO Component activities for Programme-level and donor reporting.   - Prepare CSO Component reporting materials and document MEL meetings and follow-up actions.   - Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Grant Manager of the CSO Component or overall programme management, primarily related to CSOs but potentially extending beyond, as required. ## Requirements - University degree in social sciences, public administration, international relations, economics, statistics, project management or a related field.   - Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including experience with international technical assistance programmes or donor-funded projects.   - Fluency in English (mandatory) and Ukrainian (oral and written).    - Practical experience in developing or reviewing logframes.   - Experience in reviewing reports and supporting evidence, including assessing results attribution and avoiding double-counting.   - Experience in consolidating and presenting qualitative and quantitative data.    - Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).   **What we offer** Contract type | Service contract for 12 months with extension possibility until the end of the Programme. **How to apply** Please submit your CV no later than September 7, 2026.
