**Key Responsibilities:**

## Requirements

-   Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
-   Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
