**Reports to:** Project Director

**Role Summary**

The Design Manager leads the design coordination of complex development projects, ensuring architectural excellence while maintaining alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and coordinate the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation.
-   Manage external design consultants including architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
-   Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and cost targets.
-   Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
-   Maintain design quality and project vision throughout all stages.
-   Support authority approvals and regulatory submissions.
-   Coordinate with cost and planning teams to align design with project constraints.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

**Experience**

-   12–15 years of architectural experience.
-   Experience in mixed-use, commercial, or masterplan developments.
-   Previous experience with international design firms preferred.

**Skills**

-   Design coordination and multidisciplinary management.
-   Technical knowledge of design standards and regulations.
-   Strong communication and leadership skills.
