## Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Safety and Security Officer** to lead and enforce a world-class health, safety, and security environment within our fast-paced 3PL warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our workforce, visitors, and inventory by implementing robust HSE protocols fully aligned with **Saudi Labor Law, HRSD, and Saudi Civil Defense** standards.

From conducting hazard risk assessments and managing warehouse traffic flows to leading incident investigations and emergency preparedness drills, you will play a critical role in driving a zero-harm safety culture and maintaining operational compliance across all facility activities.

## Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or a 3-year Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

**Experience:** 3–5 years of direct experience as a Safety Officer, ideally within a 3PL, logistics, or warehousing facility in Saudi Arabia.

**Regulatory Knowledge (Mandatory):** Deep practical understanding of **Saudi Labor Law**, **HRSD OSH standards**, and **Saudi Civil Defense** regulations.

**Certifications:** NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour certification.

**Technical Expertise:** Hands-on experience with warehouse-specific hazards (racking inspections, MHE/forklift safety, traffic management, PTW, and LOTO).

**Languages:** Full professional proficiency in **Arabic and English** (both spoken and written).

**Bonus Qualifications:** Knowledge of SFDA standards, HACCP, or ISO 22000 (Food Safety) is a strong plus.
