Ultimate Peaks is a boutique executive search and HR advisory firm based in Riyadh, founded by Dr. Ziyad Alghannam. We retain a small number of confidential mandates at any given time — for PIF-ecosystem companies, scale-ups, family businesses in transition, and international firms entering the Saudi market. The roles we work on are rarely advertised. The candidates we place are rarely on the open market.

This listing is the front door to our senior professional network. It exists so that experienced operators can introduce themselves to us before a relevant mandate appears, rather than after.

**Who this is for**

Senior managers, functional leads, and specialists with 8–20 years of experience across HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, Strategy, or Legal. You're not looking for a job today, but you'd consider the right one tomorrow if it came through a trusted channel. Saudi and GCC nationals are particularly welcome for Saudisation-sensitive seats; international profiles with clear KSA relevance are also reviewed.

**How this works**

You submit your CV and answer a short set of questions. The search team review every submission personally and once we create a role, our systems will auto flag your cv if its a match. If your profile maps to a current or pipeline mandate, we'll reach out for a confidential conversation. If not today, we retain your profile for future searches.

You will never be submitted to a client without your explicit written consent for that specific role. We don't circulate CVs. We don't list you in databases sold to third parties.
