**Who We Are**

Ultimate Performance is the global leader in personal training, with world-class studios spanning the globe from Sydney to Los Angeles. We have built our reputation on delivering exceptional results for our clients through science-backed training, nutrition and coaching.

We're now entering one of the most exciting chapters in our history. Following our Private Equity acquisition in 2024, we're scaling rapidly and investing in the people, systems and processes that will support our next phase of global growth. With a strengthened leadership team, a major rebrand launching in January 2026 and significant investment across the business, the momentum is real.

**The Role**

We're driven by performance, innovation and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or a strong part-qualified professional, looking to move into a commercially focused finance role where you'll influence business performance across multiple departments.

Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance, you'll turn financial and operational data into meaningful insight that supports strategic decision-making and business growth.

**What You’ll Do**

- As part of our Commercial Finance team, you'll:

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial financial support and analysis.

- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

- Produce insightful reporting and commentary to support trading reviews and leadership meetings.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.

- Deliver meaningful variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.

- Build strong relationships with non-finance teams, helping them understand the financial impact of business decisions.

- Support business cases, commercial projects and strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis.

- Help improve reporting, dashboards and financial models, driving greater efficiency and better decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, AI and technology.

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for**

You'll be commercially curious, analytical and enjoy solving business problems using data.

We're looking for someone with:

- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA status, or strong part-qualified experience.

- Previous experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Management Accounting or Financial Analysis.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial models.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving reporting, processes and business performance.

- Experience within a multi-site, international, retail, hospitality, fitness or service-led business.

- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles.

- Experience using reporting tools, dashboards or business intelligence platforms.

- An interest in AI, automation and technology to improve finance processes.

- Experience analysing operational KPIs and commercial performance.
