**Position Overview:** We are looking for a proactive and motivated **EHS Officer** to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System.
-   Monitor compliance with local legislation, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
-   Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
-   Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, recommending and following up on corrective and preventive actions.
-   Organize and deliver EHS training programs to promote employee awareness and engagement.
-   Participate in emergency preparedness activities, including drills and emergency response planning.
-   Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into daily operations and projects.
-   Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
-   Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation.

**Essential Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
-   2–5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or other regulated industry.
-   Good knowledge of EHS legislation, ISO management system and GRIs.
-   Experience with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation.
-   Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

### Nice to Have:

-   Recognized EHS certifications.
-   Experience in GMP-regulated environments.
-   Experience supporting sustainability or ESG initiatives.
