## Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional .NET Software Developer to join our UniQue Warsaw, Poland team.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**

-   Design and develops software systems.
-   Lead development teams.
-   Translate business requirements into technical designs.
-   Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
-   Produce and maintains technical documentation.
-   Estimate development effort and timelines.
-   Define software development standards and best practices.
-   Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
-   Collect and interprets software metrics.
-   Manage software configuration and releases.
-   Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
-   Develop and executes tests, including testing tools.
-   Document software development and implementation.
-   Prototype solutions
-   Act as 2nd and 3rd line support

## Requirements

**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

-   Bachelor Degree + at least 4 years of IT relevant professional experience and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
-   At least 1 certification among: intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally.
-   Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer.
-   At least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
-   At least 2 years of experience with mission critical complex enterprise systems including asset and/or human resources management, as well as financial management.
-   Proficient in UML and application design.
-   Experienced in designing and developing the data, business logic, and presentation layers
-   Experience working in Scrum environments
-   Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions .
-   Capable of leading technical teams
-   Knowledge of English at B2 Level
