## Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Business Intelligence Developer to join our UniQue Ispra team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**

-   Participate in brainstorming sessions, requirements gathering, functional analysis, and the definition of technical specifications.
-   Design, implement, and maintain presentation-tier components, web applications, and ad-hoc features based on business requirements, use cases, and functional analyses.
-   Develop application logic and backend functionalities to support system interfaces and analytical solutions.
-   Define and manage data structures required for reporting and visualisation applications.
-   Prepare and maintain databases supporting the KCMD Data Portal and visualisation tools across development, pre-production, and production environments.
-   Analyse data using descriptive statistics, early-warning indicators, and analytical methodologies to support situational awareness and forward-looking migration analysis.
-   Contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions, analytical tools, and scenario-based assessments.
-   Support the deployment, validation, monitoring, and optimisation of web applications and analytical systems.
-   Develop automated reports, dashboards, graphs, and statistical outputs using appropriate data visualisation tools.
-   Review frontend developments and ensure adherence to technical and functional requirements.
-   Produce and maintain technical documentation, including requirements analysis, functional specifications, system design documents, code documentation, and maintenance records (Confluence).
-   Prepare user manuals and support knowledge transfer activities.
-   Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Requirements

**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

Master Degree + 2 years of relevant experience

Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerBI and with data analysis and data modelling.

Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools, including R, and Excel.

Excellent data management, analytical, and reporting skills.

Ability to develop efficient and maintainable code.

Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.

Good knowledge of English.
