## Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Automation Tester** to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

-   Perform quality assurance and quality control activities.
-   Execute different types of functional security and confidentiality breaching tests such as access control, permissions matrix and visibility of private information verifications.
-   Create and maintain UI automation frameworks in Selenium/Playwright, reusable components, and shared test libraries.
-   Run tests in parallel across browsers/devices and configure cross-browser coverage (Chromium/Firefox/WebKit, Selenium Grid).
-   Create and maintain UI automation frameworks in Selenium/Playwright (in Java), reusable components, and shared test libraries.
-   Integrate automated tests into CI/CD ( screenshots/videos/traces, HTML/TestNG reports)
-   Identify and report non-conformity, analyse the root cause and propose corrective actions.
-   Perform and report on Functional and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT). She/he may be requested to perform additional tests, to verify test scenarios (including exhaustiveness) and to verify that all results are logged.
-   Report on actual test results compared to the expected results and advise on the deployment of releases and the related risks.
-   Work in close collaboration with Service Desk and Technical support team for assessing the severity of the issues reported by users of the system, reproduce them in test environments, propose and follow-up implementation of workarounds and/or permanent fix solutions.
-   Establish automation code quality practices and maintain version-controlled test suites.
-   Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

## Requirements

**What will you be bringing to the team?**

-   **Bachelor's degree** and **6 years of experience in IT** (out of which **3 years in testing or quality assurance**) OR **Master's degree** and **3 years in testing or quality assurance**.
-   Hold an **ISTQB certification** or an equivalent software testing qualification.
-   Excellent understanding of **testing lifecycle**.
-   Demonstrate **strong expertise in information systems quality assurance**, including:

-   Designing and managing test cases
-   Performing functional, system, and user acceptance testing
-   Defining user story acceptance criteria
-   Validating business and technical requirements

-   Good knowledge of **business analysis principles**.
-   Proficiency in in **Agile development methodologies**, including **SCRUM**, **Kanban.**
-   Practical knowledge of **data exchange formats and validation**, particularly **XML** and b.
-   Hands-on experience with **test automation tools**, such as **Selenium,** **Playwright.**
-   Knowledge of **webservices** (**REST**)
-   Experience with **tracking tools** (**JIRA**)
-   Ability to **define test case scenarios** and **perform functional tests**
-   Proficiency in **English** language at a **B2 level**.
