> Founded in 2003, Unique Training Solutions is 
a National health, social care and housing 
sector specialist provider of training courses 
and qualifications programmes. 
With over 21 years of experience in 
partnering with many local authorities, NHS 
Trusts, private hospitals, social care employers 
and housing associations, we have built an 
outstanding reputation as a quality training 
provider who delivers impactful programmes. 
The quality of our work is evidenced through 
our Centre of Excellence status with Skills for 
Care. This level of endorsement can only be 
achieved through demonstrating how our 
stakeholders, to include those in receipt of 
support, are involved in the development of 
our programmes and how these ultimately 
improve the quality of life for individuals. 
UTS have accredited ‘Lead’ status for the 
provision of the range of Oliver McGowan 
training programme. This means we 
are accredited to deliver the following 
programmes:
 •    Tier 1 – Webinars (1-hour) 
•    Tier 2 – Face to Face training 
•     Tier 1 – Webinar Train the Trainer 
•    Tier 2 – Train the Trainer
