## Description

The Banking Project Manager (API & Channels) at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd will play a key role in managing and implementing projects that enhance our banking clients' API capabilities and digital channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for API and channel initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
-   Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
-   Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
-   Coordinating with technical teams to design and implement API integrations and channel enhancements.
-   Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.
-   Conducting regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment among teams.
-   Providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and outcomes.
-   Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful deployment of new APIs and channel features.
-   Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

## Requirements

-   At least 10 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on APIs and digital channels.
-   Proven experience in managing complex projects involving API development and integration.
-   Strong understanding of banking operations, API ecosystems, and digital channel strategy.
-   Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking APIs and digital channels.

## Benefits
