### **Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled **OFSAA EPM Technical Consultant** with strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL and hands-on experience in implementing Profitability (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Allocation solutions. The role involves end-to-end development, configuration, and performance optimization of OFSAA Rule Framework components, along with close collaboration with functional and data teams.

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **1\. Technical Build & Configuration**

-   Implement end-to-end EPM solutions for PFT, FTP, and Allocations under guidance of senior leads.
-   Configure OFSAA Rule Framework components:

-   Allocation and driver rules
-   Transfer pricing pools and pricing rules
-   Transformation rules
-   Profitability and costing logic

-   Configure and maintain metadata including DIM/FCT structures, hierarchies, and mappings.

### **2\. SQL/PLSQL Engineering**

-   Develop SQL/PLSQL scripts, procedures, functions, and packages for:

-   Data transformation and enrichment
-   Rule logic implementation
-   Batch execution processes
-   Exception handling

-   Optimize SQL queries for large datasets and improve execution performance.

### **3\. Data Integration & ETL Engineering**

-   Support and enhance data pipelines across staging, fact, and reporting layers.
-   Collaborate with ETL teams (ODI/Informatica) for data ingestion and mapping.
-   Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and lineage documentation.

### **4\. Batch Execution & Performance Support**

-   Execute EPM batch cycles including PFT, FTP, and Allocations.
-   Analyze logs, SQL traces, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
-   Apply tuning techniques involving indexing, partitioning, and materialized views.

### **5\. Testing & Quality Assurance**

-   Develop and execute unit test cases and SIT plans.
-   Validate outputs of profitability, FTP, and allocation rules.
-   Support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and UAT cycles.

### **6\. Documentation & Deployment**

-   Prepare technical design documents, mapping specifications, and build workbooks.
-   Support deployment across environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
-   Maintain version-controlled scripts and change management records.

### **7\. Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Work closely with functional consultants to translate business logic into technical solutions.
-   Collaborate with DBA, infrastructure, and data architecture teams.
-   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

### **Required Skills & Experience**

### **Technical Skills**

-   Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL including complex queries and performance tuning.
-   Hands-on experience with OFSAA Rule Framework (PFT, FTP, Allocations).
-   Knowledge of DIM/FCT data models and metadata configuration.
-   Experience with ETL tools (ODI/Informatica) or PL/SQL-based pipelines.

### **Performance & Architecture Awareness**

-   Experience handling large data volumes with focus on:

-   Indexing strategies
-   Table partitioning
-   Query execution plans
-   Statistics gathering

-   Exposure to OCI/Exadata environments is a plus.

### **Domain Knowledge**

-   Understanding of financial data concepts:

-   General Ledger and cost center hierarchies
-   Product hierarchies
-   Driver-based allocations
-   Transfer pricing models

-   Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
