## Description

**We are looking for a QA Engineer – Trade Finance Digitalization to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of a Trade Finance Front-End Digital Portal.**

The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in Trade Finance and hands-on experience in testing digital banking applications. The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex trade finance workflows, including Import/Export Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Bills for Collection, and Trade Loans.

The candidate will be responsible for validating Straight-Through Processing (STP), API integrations, maker-checker controls, and compliance with SWIFT and ICC standards. Experience with integration testing involving BPM/Newgen workflows and T24 Core Banking systems will be highly preferred.

This position requires a detail-oriented QA professional who can ensure high-quality deliveries, minimize production defects, and contribute to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an enhanced customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Trade Finance applications.
-   Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills, and Trade Loans.
-   Validate end-to-end workflows across the customer portal, workflow systems, and core banking applications.
-   Test API integrations and Straight-Through Processing (STP) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
-   Identify, track, and report defects using tools such as JIRA and work closely with development teams for resolution.
-   Validate SWIFT message formats, maker-checker controls, and compliance with trade finance standards and guidelines.
-   Verify user access controls, audit trails, security validations, and compliance-related processes.
-   Prepare test status reports, support test automation initiatives, and escalate critical issues to project stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years dedicated to Trade Finance systems.

-    Proven track record testing front-end digital portals and complex core banking integrations.
-   Proven track record of testing complex financial integrations, including SWIFT messaging, local clearing networks, and Core Banking system integrations (Temenos T24).
-   Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios for multi-system, multi-channel financial workflows.
-   Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
-   Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting for financial testing scenarios.
-   Experience supporting regulatory compliance testing and audit evidence preparation in a banking context.
