## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Windows Server Administrator** to join our team and support enterprise infrastructure environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Administer, maintain, and support **Windows Server 2019 and above** environments.
-   Manage and troubleshoot **Microsoft SQL Server** databases and related services.
-   Develop and maintain automation scripts using **PowerShell**.
-   Configure, monitor, and maintain **Active Directory** services.
-   Perform server monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
-   Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
-   Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and application-related issues.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, security, and performance.
-   Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

## Requirements

**Required Skills**

**Mandatory**

-   Strong experience with **Windows Server 2019 and above**
-   Hands-on experience with **Microsoft SQL Server**
-   Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting**
-   Experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting

**Must Have**

-   Active Directory Administration
-   Server Monitoring & Performance Tuning
-   Backup & Recovery Operations
-   Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis

-   Exposure to **Linux/Unix** environments
-   Understanding of networking fundamentals, including:

-   DNS
-   Firewalls
-   Load Balancing

-   Experience with enterprise monitoring tools

**Experience**

-   Minimum **6+ years** of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration.
-   Experience supporting enterprise production environments is preferred.
