## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Test Lead** to lead end-to-end testing activities for **mortgage enhancements on the Temenos T24 Core Banking** platform and associated workflow applications. The role spans end-to-end testing of mortgage journeys on the Temenos T24 core banking platform and the associated BPMN-based Workflow Management System — **covering loan opening, settlement, refunds, auto-closure, and regulatory / MIS reporting — across System Integration** Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, API, and data testing, while driving the continuous improvement of testing standards within the Testing Centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management for T24 mortgage enhancements.**
-   Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, and data test cases.
-   Validate end-to-end mortgage processes including loan origination, disbursement, settlements, refunds, and auto-closure.
-   Manage and mentor the offshore testing team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to testing standards.
-   Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting.
-   Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
-   Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

## Requirements

-   Min of 8+ years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
-   Banking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred
-   E**xperience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred).**
-   **Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.**
-   Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape.
-   Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
-   Experience with API testing and data validation.
-   Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
