## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Technical Recruiter** with a strong background in the **UAE recruitment market** to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various technology domains while partnering closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfil recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across the UAE market.
-   Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
-   Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with clients.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
-   Understand client requirements and provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
-   Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms to ensure successful candidate closures.
-   Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
-   Track recruitment metrics and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
-   Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE employment practices.
-   Build long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-   6+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years recruiting for the UAE market.
-   Strong understanding of the UAE hiring landscape, employment practices, and salary trends.
-   Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
-   Excellent knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
-   Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience working on permanent, contract, and project-based hiring is preferred.
