## Description

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA ERM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Basel regulations and Liquidity Risk Management (LRM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions for regulatory compliance and risk management.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather and analyze business requirements related to **Basel II / III / IV** and **Liquidity Risk Management**
-   Implement and configure OFSAA modules, especially:

-   Liquidity Risk Management (LRM)
-   Basel Regulatory Reporting

-   Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications
-   Work closely with technical teams on data mapping, data models, and rule configurations
-   Perform gap analysis and suggest optimal OFSAA solutions
-   Support data sourcing, staging, and reconciliation processes
-   Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation cycles
-   Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCR, NSFR)
-   Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
-   Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases, SOPs)

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   5+ years of experience in OFSAA ERM implementations
-   Strong functional knowledge of:

-   Basel frameworks (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy)
-   Liquidity Risk (LCR, NSFR, ALM concepts)

-   Hands-on experience with OFSAA modules:

-   LRM (Liquidity Risk Management)
-   Basel / Regulatory Reporting

-   Understanding of banking data models and financial instruments
-   Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
-   Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus
