### Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist** with a strong background in hiring for the **Singapore IT market**. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, and Technology clients while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Singapore-based clients.
-   Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
-   Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation/visa eligibility.
-   Build strong talent pipelines across various technology domains.
-   Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a smooth hiring process.
-   Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ATS updates.
-   Work closely with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring requirements.
-   Achieve recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and closures.
-   Stay updated with Singapore hiring trends, salary benchmarks, EP/S Pass eligibility, and market intelligence.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to the Singapore market.
-   Strong understanding of Singapore recruitment processes and hiring practices.
-   Hands-on experience sourcing technical professionals across various technologies.
-   Expertise in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, and major job portals.
-   Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
-   Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

### Preferred Experience

-   Experience recruiting for Singapore Banking and Financial Services clients.
-   Knowledge of Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Singapore hiring practices.
-   Experience working with MSP, RPO, or staffing companies.
-   Exposure to bulk hiring and niche technology recruitment.
