## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Functional Project Manager** to lead high-impact strategic projects across business and technology teams within the Banking or Insurance domain. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to drive execution, alignment, and delivery of key transformation initiatives.

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and business-critical projects within insurance operations.
-   Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, roadmap, and execution plans.
-   Drive project governance, risk management, status reporting, and decision-making.
-   Translate business objectives into functional requirements and actionable deliverables.
-   Coordinate across business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
-   Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities to support business goals.
-   Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing strategic initiatives or transformation programs, preferably in **banking or insurance**.
-   Strong functional/business project management experience.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
-   Experience working across business and technology teams.
-   Strong problem-solving, coordination, and delivery management capabilities.
-   Experience in Agile/Waterfall project environments is preferred.
-   Familiarity with regulatory requirements, financial operations, or insurance processes is a plus.
