# Senior Test Lead- (T24 and Trade finance Modules)

## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Test Lead – Trade Finance Digitalization** will be responsible for independently leading the end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities for Bank Trade Finance Digital Portal and its integration with the Bank’s Core Banking system, Temenos T24.

The role will own the overall test strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, defect management, test reporting, and quality sign-off for the digitalization of Trade Finance and Working Capital products. The Senior Test Lead will act as the testing Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring robust validation of complex trade finance workflows, system integrations, Straight-Through Processing (STP), maker-checker controls, and compliance with relevant SWIFT and ICC standards.

## Requirements

-   Strong expertise in **Trade Finance testing and functional domain knowledge**.
-   **Lead testing for complex Trade Finance and Working Capital products,** including: **Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills for Collection, and Trade Loans**.
-   Strong understanding of **Trade Finance transaction lifecycle and digitalization**.
-   Experience with **Temenos T24/Core Banking** integration and testing.
-   Strong knowledge of BPM/workflow platforms, preferably Newgen.
-   Strong understanding of API and system integration testing.
-   Experience testing Straight-Through Processing (STP).
-   Knowledge of **SWIFT messaging and ICC Trade Finance standards**.
-   Strong understanding of **maker-checker, approval, authorization, and segregation-of-duties controls**.
-   Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and production-readiness testing.
-   Strong defect management and test management capabilities.
-   Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as **JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or equivalent**.
-   Strong understanding of test metrics, dashboards, reporting, and quality governance.
-   Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Waterfall, and risk-based testing methodologies.
-   Knowledge of database validation and SQL is an advantage.
-   Understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent is an advantage.

## Benefits

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
-   **8+ years of experience in software testing, with significant experience in Test Lead/Test Manager roles.**
-   3+ years of experience in **Trade Finance testing**, preferably within banking or financial services.
-   **Experience working with Trade Finance products such as LC, BG, Bills for Collection, and Trade Loans is essential.**
-   Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end testing for complex banking digitalization or transformation programmes.
-   Experience testing integrations between digital channels, workflow/BPM platforms, and core banking systems.
-   Experience with **Temenos T24** core banking platform is strongly preferred.
-   Experience leading testing teams and coordinating with business, technology, vendors, and system integrators.
-   UAE/GCC banking experience is highly desirable.
-   **Note:** This is a **3-month short-term contract position**. **Immediate joiners are preferred.**
