## Description

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in risk management and financial services, specifically within OFSAA’s EPM/ERM modules. The consultant will work closely with PNB Bank’s stakeholders to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring effective use of OFSAA for regulatory and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

\- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.

\- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for modules including FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM.

\- Support functional design, configuration, and validation of OFSAA solutions.

\- Assist in UAT, regression testing, and production rollout activities.

\- Provide functional expertise in financial risk, profitability, and regulatory reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

\- 6–8 years of functional consulting experience in OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.

\- Strong understanding of banking risk management, profitability frameworks, and IFRS compliance.

\- Experience in FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM functional processes (Basel not required).

\- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

\- Prior exposure to managed services engagements in banking preferred.

\- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
