### **Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Business Analyst (BA)** with strong experience in **SAP systems**. This is an **individual contributor role**, where the candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional deliverables, and supporting end-to-end testing and UAT processes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
-   Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
-   Create detailed **test cases**, **test scenarios**, and **test data** aligned with requirements
-   Execute testing and validate system functionality against defined test cases
-   Coordinate and track **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** progress, ensuring timely completion
-   Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with development teams for resolution
-   Ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations and requirements

### **Data & SAP Functional Expertise**

-   Strong understanding of **SAP systems and modules**
-   Ability to **relate underlying tables and data structures in SAP**
-   Experience in analyzing **data flows, table relationships, and data dependencies**
-   Validate data consistency and accuracy across systems during testing

### **Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration**

-   Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
-   Guide developers in understanding business requirements and expected outcomes
-   Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and functional expectations
-   Provide clarifications and functional support throughout the development lifecycle

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Proven experience as a **Business Analyst in SAP environments**
-   Strong experience in **requirement gathering, documentation, and functional analysis**
-   Hands-on experience in **test case creation, execution, and UAT coordination**
-   Good understanding of **data structures, database tables, and data mapping in SAP**
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

### **Nice to Have**

-   Exposure to **SAP S/4HANA**
-   Knowledge of **SQL or data querying**
-   Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**
