## Description

-   Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
-   Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
-   Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
-   Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
-   Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
-   Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
-   Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
-   Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
-   Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
-   Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

## Requirements

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED**

-   Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
-   Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
-   Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
-   Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
-   Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
