## Description

We are looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) security environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in OT cybersecurity implementation, industrial firewall configuration, Nozomi deployment/configuration, and OT network segmentation within Power, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Substation environments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, configure, and implement OT cybersecurity solutions in industrial environments.
-   Configure and manage OT firewalls including **Fortinet** and **Palo Alto**.
-   Perform OT network segmentation, security hardening, and policy implementation.
-   **Handle Nozomi configuration, implementation, monitoring, and solution design.**
-   Support OT security architecture, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
-   Work closely with customer and project teams for end-to-end OT cybersecurity delivery.
-   Conduct assessment and monitoring of ICS/SCADA security environments.
-   Support cybersecurity best practices within Power, Utilities, or Oil & Gas environments.
-   Travel to customer sites across Abu Dhabi/Dubai as required.

## Requirements

### Required Skills & Experience

-   5–10+ years of experience in OT/ICS Cybersecurity.
-   Strong hands-on experience in:

-   OT Security / ICS Security
-   Industrial Firewalls
-   Nozomi Networks
-   OT Network Segmentation
-   Security Design & Implementation
-   Testing & Troubleshooting

-   Experience with **Fortinet** and/or **Palo Alto** firewalls.
-   Experience working in Power, Utilities, Substation, or Oil & Gas environments.
-   Good understanding of ICS/SCADA environments and OT security frameworks.
-   Ability to work independently in onsite customer environments.
-   **This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi involving travel to project sites.**

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in Utility or Substation projects.
-   UAE Driving License.
-   G42 Clearance eligibility/preference.
-   Certifications such as IEC 62443, CISSP, GICSP, or vendor certifications are good to have.
