## Description

-   L3 production support for Java Spring Boot applications.
-   Analyze and resolve complex production incidents.
-   Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
-   Debug application issues using logs and code.
-   Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams and developers.
-   Deploy patches and support production releases.
-   Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.

### Mandatory Technical Skills

-   **Java Spring Boot** – Able to understand and debug the application code.
-   **Unix/Linux** – Strong command-line skills for log analysis, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
-   **Oracle Database 19c** – SQL queries and basic database troubleshooting.

### Nice-to-Have Skills

-   **WebLogic/JBoss** – Application deployment and troubleshooting.
-   **Apache Web Server** – Configuration and log analysis.
-   **Shell Scripting** – Automating support activities.
