## Description

-   We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with experience in data analytics, data management, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP BW or SAP ECC, along with Databricks, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools.
-   The candidate will be responsible for understanding and analyzing data flows from SAP systems, extracting and transforming data using SQL and Databricks, and developing reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Work hands-on with SAP BW and/or SAP ECC to understand SAP data, structures, tables, and data flows.
-   Analyze and extract data from SAP BW/ECC and other enterprise data sources.
-   Understand the flow of data from SAP source systems through data platforms to reporting and analytics layers.
-   Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
-   Work with Databricks for data processing, transformation, analysis, and data exploration.
-   Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
-   Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks as part of the data integration and analytics environment.
-   Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
-   Investigate data issues by tracing data from SAP source systems through the data pipeline to reporting outputs.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, data engineers, and technology teams to understand data requirements.
-   Translate business requirements into data analysis, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
-   Support data mapping, source-to-target analysis, and documentation of data flows.
-   Use Python or R for data analysis and automation where required.
-   Prepare documentation related to data sources, transformation logic, data flows, reports, and dashboards.

## Requirements

-   Experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Data Analytics professional.
-   Hands-on experience with SAP BW or SAP ECC – Mandatory.
-   Strong understanding of SAP data structures, tables, data extraction, and data flows.
-   Good hands-on experience with Databricks.
-   Strong SQL skills – Mandatory, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, and data transformations.
-   Hands-on experience with at least one reporting/visualization tool:

-   Power BI
-   Tableau
-   Looker

-   Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and/or Azure Databricks.
-   Strong understanding of data analysis, data transformation, data quality, and ETL/ELT concepts.

**Good to Have**

-   Programming experience with Python or R.
-   Experience with SAP BW data modelling, InfoProviders, ADSOs, Composite Providers, or related BW concepts.
-   Experience working with SAP ECC modules and business data, such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
-   Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional data modelling.
-   Experience tracing SAP data from source systems through data platforms to BI/reporting layers.
-   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
